Tahitian Raw Fish (Poisson Cru)

1 lb Fresh, raw fish, red snapper, fillet of sole, sword fish, scallops
1 t Coarse salt (Kosher)
Juice of 6 limes
2 T Chopped scallions
1 ea Clove garlic, minced
1 c Coconut milk


Cut fish into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and cover with lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drain lime juice. Add garlic and scallions to fish pieces and mix well. Add coconut milk. Chill till time to serve.
