Sauteed Flounder

1 tb Plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
1 c White wine
1 ts Dill weed
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1/2 c Mushrooms; chopped
1 1/2 lb Flounder fillets
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1/2 Lemon; cut in wedges


Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
