Crispy Red Snapper Fillets

2 lb Red snapper fillets
2/3 c Dry bread crumbs
1/3 c Melted butter
1/4 c Grated onion
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground thyme
1 ds Cayenne pepper
Paprika
Lemon wedges
1 Sliced avocado (optional)


Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in 16 X 10" baking pan. In bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, onion, chili powder, salt, thyme & pepper. Sprinkle mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 oven. Serve with lemon wedges & avocado.
