Flounder Bake

1 lb. Flounder or Sole Fillets
2 tsp. margarine
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup milk or half and half
Poultry seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Line baking dish with foil, having foil long enough to seal closed. Grease foil; place Fillets on foil. Melt margarine in small saucepan. Saute onion rings in margarine for 3 minutes. Place onion rings on Fillets. Rinse saucepan with milk; pour over Flounder. Sprinkle Flounder with poultry seasoning; then with salt and pepper. Close and seal foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes; serve in foil.
