Flounder Baked In Sour Cream

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 lb. Flounder Fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 2 quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter. Arrange fish Fillets in baking dish. Blend salt, pepper sauce, paprika and Parmesan cheese into sour cream.

Spread over fish. Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Baked uncovered for 30 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.

Serves 4 to 6.
