Flounder Florentine

1 (10 oz.) package chopped spinach
Salt, pepper
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 (12 oz.) package Flounder fillet
1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven 375 F. Cook spinach according to directions. Season with salt, pepper and oleo. Arrange fish and spinach in greased baking dish. Cover with milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and nutmeg. Cover with cheese and bake 25 minutes.
