Flounder In Lemon Dill Sauce

3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dried dill
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt, sea salt or salt free seasoning to taste
1 medium green onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh or frozen Flounder Fillets, cut in serving sized pieces
Lemon slices for garnish

Heat butter, dill, lemon juice, salt and green onion in large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally. Add Flounder to butter mixture in skillet, cover and cook 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally with butter mixture from skillet. Flounder will flake with a fork when ready. Arrange Flounder in warm platter. Pour sauce over fish and garnish with lemon slices.

Serves 4.
