Baked Haddock Fillets

1 1/2 lbs. Haddock Fillets
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


Place Fillets in a well greased shallow baking dish. Make a sauce by blending margarine, flour, salt, and seasonings. Add milk slowly, cooking and stirring constantly. When sauce is smooth and thickened; add cheese. Remove from heat. When cheese has melted and blended, pour over Fillets and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
