Baked Haddock

Icelandic Haddock, or any block fish (the whiter the fish the better)
1-2 sticks butter
1 lemon
Lawry's season salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
1 cup white wine
Flour, cracker crumbs, or bread crumbs


Cut 1 pound blocks of fish into 3 sections square or diagonal. Place in 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Place fish in pan in cut up sections (enough size each for 1 serving). Cube up butter and place evenly over fish.


Squeeze lemon juice over the top evenly. Pour wine over evenly. Sprinkle flour and seasonings over to taste. Sprinkle crumbs on top of each section of fish. Bake at 325 F for 10 minutes. Broil 5-7 minutes until topping browns. Cooking times to individual taste.
