Baked Haddock In Sour Cream and Dill

2 lbs. Haddock
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
Sprigs of fresh dill
Lemon wedges
Parsley sprigs

Place Haddock in greased, shallow baking dish. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise with celery salt, pepper, thyme, paprika and pimento. Pour over fish and cover with fresh dill. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Serve bubbling hot with lemon and parsley garnish.
