Baked Fillets of Haddock

1 lb. frozen Fillets of Haddock
3/4 cup white wine
1 small onion, thinly sliced or 2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup water
Oregano
5 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small can sliced mushrooms
Salt
Pepper

Arrange onion slices in bottom of greased shallow pan. Thaw Fillets and drain well. Rub each with salt and pepper and arrange over onions; brush over with melted margarine. Combine wine, lemon juice, and water; pour around fish. Sprinkle with oregano; cover with sliced mushrooms. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, basting with liquid in pan. Arrange on hot platter for serving.
