Baked Fish

1 lb. Fillet of Sole, Salmon or red Snapper
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. oil, safflower or corn
1 diced tomato
Dash of curry powder
Dash of paprika


Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake fish for 15 minutes on a lightly greased baking pan. Mix ingredients in a bowl and spread over fish. Cover the fish with water and bake for another 15 minutes, or until fish is done and sauce is thick.
