Baked Fish

1 lb. White Fish Fillets (such as Flounder)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
Pat margarine
Salt, if desired
Pepper to taste
Lemon slices
Parsley, chopped fine

Spray shallow baking dish with vegetable spray, lay fish in it and pour lemon juice and wine over. Marinate 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lay fish skin side down in marinade, dot with margarine and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until flesh turns white and opaque. Place lemon slices on top of each serving, garnish with chopped parsley. Pour any pan juices over each serving.

Serves 3 to 4.
