Baked Fish Fillets

2 lbs. fish Fillets (Haddock or Halibut)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 cup milk
1/2 cup buttered crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced parsley


Cut Fillets into serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika and lemon juice. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, seasonings, and milk. Pour over Fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.


Serves 6.
