Baked Fish With Cheese

1 lb. Haddock Fillets
1 medium onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange fish in a buttered baking dish. Slice the onion and saute in margarine until tender, add bread crumbs, grated cheese and seasonings. Toss the mixture lightly with a fork, spread over the fish, pour milk around the fish. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. For less calories, cut margarine down to 2 tablespoons, use 1 slice bread for crumbs and 1/4 cup milk.
