Baked Haddock New England Style

3 1/2 lbs. Haddock, deboned and cut into 6 portions


Cracker Topping:
1/2 cup crushed unsalted crackers
1/2 cup chopped, fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine


Combine above and add 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice. Place on top of individual portions of fish. Add 6 slices of turkey bacon, chopped. Place on top of cracker topping. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until fish if flaky. Baste a couple of times. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
