Genoa Grilled Fish

1 Whole fish (snapper, whiting
Or perch) Cleaned & Scaled
Lemon wedges, for garnish
1 c Lemon juice
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tb Chopped fresh rosemary
(or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 Bay leaves

1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate fish in the mixture for 2 hours. 2. Preheat griller to high, Grill fish for 5 minutes on each side, or until flesh is when when flaked with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedes and serve

Serves 4-6
