Baked Sole With Broccoli

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Fillet of Sole
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
Dash of paprika
1 package (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
Salted water
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup sour cream
Thinly sliced lemon pieces

Sprinkle Fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Fold in halves. In large saucepan cook broccoli in salted water 4 minutes. Drain. In lightly buttered bakign dish arrange broccoli. Top with folded fish Fillets. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour off liquid, reserving 3 to 4 tablespoons. In bowl mix sour cream, reserved fish liquid and lemon pieces. Serve along side fish.
