Baked Trout

6-8 Trout
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Preheat oven 375 F.


Season Trout with salt and pepper. Place on bed of parsley and onions in shallow pan - foil line so easy clean up.


Blend butter with flour; spread on Trout. Combine crumbs with cheese and sprinkle on Trout. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and easily flakes with fork.
