Breaded Grouper Fillets

1/2 cup nutlike cereal nuggets
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) Grouper Fillets
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Lemon slices, optional


Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; mix well. Brush Fillets with yogurt on all sides; coat with cereal mixture. Place Fillets in a 9 inch pie plate. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes; give dish a half turn. Microwave an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish Fillets with lemon slices, if desired. Yield 2 servings.
