Broccoli Lemon Fish

1 lb. Sole Fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Sprinkle of pepper
1 (10 oz.) package broccoli spears, thawed
1/4 lb. Velveeta light, cheese food
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Sprinkle each fillet with lemon juice and pepper. Arrange broccoli spears on narrow end of each fillet, roll up, secure with wood toothpicks. Place seam side down in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave on high 5-7 minutes, or until fish flake easily with fork. Microwave remaining ingredients in small bowl 2-3 minutes, or until sauce is smooth, stirring after each minute. Remove wooden picks; serve with sauce.
