2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
2 cups shelled fresh peas or 1 package frozen peas
2 medium cans Tuna fish in oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Heat oil in large pan, add onions and parsley and brown. Add tomato sauce, peas, and enough water to cover; cook 10 minutes or until peas are tender. slice Tuna, add to mixture and cook 5 minutes over low flame. Add pepper, salt, and oregano. Cook 5 minutes longer and serve.
