Baked Fish in Tomatoes

1 md Onion; chop
1/4 c Bell pepper; chop
2 Cl garlic; chop
2 tb Vegetable oil
15 oz Jar spaghetti sauce
10 oz Can tomatoes w/peppers
1 To 2 lb catfish fillets; seasoned to taste


Preheat oven to 350~. Saute vegetables in oil until limp. Add sauce and tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes. Arrange fish in large pan. Pour sauce over fish. Bake 20 minutes. Serve over rice with steamed vegetables.
