Creole Fish

3 lb. Snapper Fillets
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. basil leaves
Dash of black pepper
Hot pepper sauce


Heat oven to 500 F. Place fish Fillets in a single layer in baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon over Fillets. Bake about 10 minutes or until fish is tender (flakes easily with fork). Remove Fillets to warm platter and sprinkle with pepper.
