Crusty Tuna Appetizers 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna
1 1/2 cups soft bread, large crumbs or cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 package corn flake crumbs
Drain Tuna oil or water into bowl. Add bread cubes, mix well. Mix in onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise. Flake Tuna, add. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in evaporated milk, roll in crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in moderate 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until brown.
