Deviled Perch

1 lb. fresh or frozen Perch Fillets
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Thaw Fillets, if frozen. Season with salt and pepper and place in greased 2- quart baking dish. Brush Fillets with melted margarine. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

While fish is baking, prepare topping. Combine cheese, chili sauce, horseradish, mustard, onion, Worcestershire and garlic. When fish is baked, spoon mixture over fish. Broil until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
