Easy Yummy Fish

6 fish Fillets (Snapper or Sole)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup half & half (or little less whole, 1 fat or non-fat milk)
1 cup jack cheese
Toothpicks


Preheat oven to 325 F. Lay fish Fillets on bottom of greased baking dish. In each fillet put small amount of mushrooms, then jack cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpick.


Mix can of soup with half & half, stirring to make a creamy sauce consistency. Pour over fish. Cover with additional Jack cheese if desired. Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is done!


Makes 4-6 servings. Even finicky fish eaters love it!
