Fillets Au Gratin

4 (4 oz.) Fillets (Sole, Halibut, Flounder)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 small zucchini, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Place Fillets in non-stick sprayed baking dish. Season with pepper. Cover with zucchini, tomatoes and onions.


In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, margarine and lemon juice. Toss together and spread over vegetables. Top with cheese and bake at 425 F for 20-30 minutes.
