Fillets Divan

1 lb. frozen Flounder Fillets
1 package frozen broccoli
1/2 cup grated American cheese
Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 lb. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
2 egg whites


Thaw fish Fillets. Cook the broccoli according to package directions; drain, then arrange in a single layer in a 9 inch square pan. Place Fillets in single layer over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, relish, lemon, and onion in a small bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into mayonnaise mixture. Spread over Fillets. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until the sauce is puffy and golden.
