Fillets In Lemon Butter

1 lb. Fillets, such as Sole or Haddock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup buttery cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1/2 tsp. paprika


Arrange Fillets in dish, thickest part outside edge. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In glass container place butter and microwave on high for 1 or 2 minutes. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and then paprika. Microwave on high 9 to 11 minutes. Rotate dish after 5 minutes.
