Fish and Potato Fry

2 Perch Fillets, or any thin fish
3 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Pam spray


Pam spray a 10 to 12 inch skillet. Slice potatoes. Put approximately 12 slices in skillet. Put one fillet on top of potatoes; then put another 12 potatoes on top of fish, making a sandwich. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Repeat this for the other piece of fish. You will have two separate sandwiches. Fry on one side until golden brown. Turn over with spatula very carefully each sandwich. Fry both sides. You have a complete dinner.
