Fish Au Gratin

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 lbs. Fish (Sole or Flounder)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. chopped scallions


Mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and chopped scallions. Place fish in buttered oven - proof pan. Brush fish with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes. Broil fish for 6 to 8 minutes. Top with cheese mixture. Return to oven and broil until topping browns. Easy and delicious.
