Fish Bake

2 lbs. Haddock or Sole Fillets
1 cup white sauce or frozen cream of Shrimp soup, thawed
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 cups Ritz cracker crumbs


Place fish in small pieces in 13 x 9 baking dish. Spread with soup or white sauce, cover with foil. Bake 375 F for 30 minutes. Combine butter, onion and Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Then mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over fish and bake another 10 minutes uncovered. NOTE: You can use combination of fish and Crab Meat. Use 1/2 recipe and serve in shells as an appetizer.
