Fish Parmesan

1 1/2 lb. Fish Fillets (thick) as Haddock, Sole, Flounder
1 egg, beaten
Wheat germ
Salt & pepper
Oil, garlic & oregano
Munster or Mozzarella cheese, sliced, 1 per fillet
small can tomato sauce


Dip fillet in beaten egg, then seasoned wheat germ. Oil a foil lined cookie sheet and lay out breaded Fillets. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes; turn and bake other side (the bottom side browns). Remove from oven, place sliced cheese on each fillet. Place 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on each fillet and sprinkle with garlic and oregano. Place in broiler until it bubbles.
