Fish With Dill

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Flounder or Sole
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. chopped dill
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. scallions

Brush narrow casserole dish with butter. Layer fish 2 or 3 deep, sprinkle dill on each layer. Spread top layer with mustard. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and melted butter.

Blend soy sauce and lemon juice. Place around fish. Broil 5 minutes. Put scallions on top, bake 5 minutes at 450 F on bottom rack.
