Flounder Fillet Or Scallops (In Baking Dish)

1 1/2 - 2 lb. Flounder or Scallops
4 Tbsp. light margarine
4 - 6 Tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1/2 fresh lemon
Sliced tomatoes and onion
1/2 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. olive oil with small amount vinegar
Rice
Soy sauce


Sprinkle bread crumbs and garlic powder over Flounder or Scallops and margarine. Squeeze lemon over all. Bake 350 F for 1/2 hour (or to taste). Serve with sliced tomatoes and small amount of sliced onion. Pour olive oil over this with vinegar. Rice with soy sauce to taste.


Serves 4 to 5
