Grilled Marinated Swordfish

4 Swordfish Steaks, about 1/2 lb. each
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Freshly ground pepper
Lemon wedges for garnish

Combine all ingredients, except fish and lemon wedges, in long flat dish. Marinate fish in the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning once. Broil or grill fish, basting often with marinade, until done, 5-6 minutes per side. (Excellent on grill). Serve with lemon wedges.
