Grouper With Dijon Butter

1 lb. Grouper Fillets, about 1" thick, cut into serving size pieces
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves


Arrange Grouper in 9 inch square baking dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.


Set aside. Place butter in 1 cup measure. Microwave at high for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts. Stir in mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Mix well. Pour over Grouper. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high for 8-12 minutes. Spooning sauce over fish and rotating dish twice.
