Haddock Amandine

2 lb. Haddock, skinned fillet
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley


Mix flour, salt and paprika. Roll fish in mixture. Place in greased pan, drizzle 2 tablespoons of butter over fish. Broil 10-15 minutes.


Saute almonds in remaining butter. Remove from heat; add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and parsley. Mix. Pour over fish and serve at once.


Serves 4-5
