Bluefish and Scallions

2 Fillets bluefish (abt, 6 lbs Ea)
1/2 c 3/5 cups soy sauce
1/2 c Fresh ginger root, minced OR 3 tb Ground ginger
1/2 c Scallion, chopped

Marinate fillet is soy sauce for 10 minutes each side. Rub flesh with ginger and scallions. Place fillets in greased baking dish. Pour soy sauce over fillets. Bake in preheat 30 degree oven 20 minutes, or until done.
