Microwaved Fillet of Sole In Lemon Butter

1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. Sole, Orange Roughy, or Flounder Fillets - fresh, frozen or thawed


Place margarine in baking dish. Microwave on high until melted, about 1 minute. Blend in remaining ingredients except fish. Coat both sides of Fillets with butter sauce.


Arrange in a baking dish. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Microwave on highn until fish flakes easily in center with a fork, 5-6 minutes.
