One Dish Fish Supper

3/4 lb. Sole, Turbot, or Flounder
2 medium potatoes, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter, margarine, or olive oil
Fresh or dried dill, optional

Select a baking dish just large enough to hold the fish. Line it with foil, overlapping the pan a few inches all around.

Place fish in pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper and dill.

Add remaining ingredients in layers.

Dot generously with butter and season with salt and pepper and dill.

Bring edges of foil together and seal tightly.

Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serves 2-3
