Orange Roughy With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) plain non-fat yogurt
4 Orange Roughy Fillets
2 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs

Spray large skillet with Pam. Place over medium heat until hot. Add first 3 ingredients and saute 3 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Combine mushroom mixture with cheese and yogurt (at room temperature). Stir well. Place Fillets in baking dish. Top with mushroom mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 30 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley sprigs, if desired.
