Orange Roughy With Dill

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. Orange Roughy fish Fillets, thawed*
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
Buttered bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 450 F. Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Place fish in melted butter, turning to coat; sprinkle with dill weed, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle lightly with buttered bread crumbs during last 3 minutes of baking.
