Oven Baked Flounder

2 lbs. fresh Flounder Fillets
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash paprika
Dash oregano
Dash salt (opt.)
Dash Italian bread crumbs


Place Flounder onto large cookie sheet. In 1 quart saucepan, combine margarine, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and heat over low flame until melted. Pour over Flounder and sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 F for 30 to 35 minutes.


Serves 4 to 5.
