Oven Fried Halibut

1 1/2 lb. Halibut Steaks
2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut Halibut into serving size pieces (6). Add lemon juice to melted margarine.

Combine dry ingredients. Dip Halibut in margarine and lemon juice, then into crumb mixture, coating all sides. Place in single layer in lightly oiled baking dish. Bake at 450 F. 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 6 servings.
