Oven Fried Snapper

2 lbs. Snapper or Perch Fillets
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs

Rinse fish with cold water; pat dry. Cut in equal portions. Combine oil, salt, and garlic in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place fish in mixture. Let marinate 10 minutes, turn, marinate additional 10 minutes. Remove fish. Roll fish in cheese, then in crumbs. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 500 F for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
