Quick Mackerel Pate

400 g Mackerel fillets; (13oz)
1 bn Salad onions; thinly sliced (leaving a few to one side to garnish)
1 200 gram car low fat soft cheese
Few drops tabasco sauce
1/2 Lemon; juice of
Freshly ground black pepper

Flake the fish into a large bowl.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended.

Chill until required.
