Seared Smoked Mackerel Spring Onion and Cumin Sweet And

1 Fillet smoked mackerel
1 pk Spring onion
2 tb Caster sugar
1 ts Ground cumin
Plenty of ice cubes
4 Eggs
Soy sauce
Dashi
Mirin
Vegetable oil

Sear mackerel. Make the salad with onion, cumin, sugar and ice. Combine the eggs, soy, dashi and mirin, vegetable oil and make an omelette. Serve.
