Tuna and Tomato Salad

8 sm Sweet; ripe tomatoes, washed and sliced
1/2 Red onion; thinly sliced
120 g Canned tuna in oil; drained and flaked
2 tb Olive oil; (2 to 3)
1 ts White or red wine vinegar
Few leaves fresh basil; or chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients together, leave to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
